Vipula Naughane
Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Vipula Naughane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in 2003 from Mumbai, India. She also holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management. Recently, she became a Certified Paralegal from Everett Community College and a Certified Mediator through the National Association of Certified Mediators (NACM).
Vipula's professional journey includes extensive experience in the legal field. She has been working as a Paralegal with law firms conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing and filing documents & Exhibits with courts & assisting attorneys in preparing motions and legal arguments. She also handles administrative tasks like scheduling hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and interviewing clients and witnesses.
Vipula comes from a family deeply rooted in the legal profession, with her grandfather, father, uncle and brother all being attorneys in India. This familial influence sparked her passion for law from a young age, and law has been imbibed in her since childhood. Inspired by her family, Vipula chose to pursue a career in the legal field.
Vipula has an eye for detail & is disciplined, and possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills.
As a first-generation immigrant, Vipula is familiar with the complexities of the immigration process and is passionate about helping others navigate it. She has a passion for Community Service & has been volunteering extensively since 2012, Mock Interview Panel at Bellevue College, a Public Safety Advisory Board Member for the City of Redmond, and an assistant to the Planning Department for the City of Kirkland. Her volunteer work has earned her recognition, including Volunteer Appreciation Awards from the City of Kirkland and the King County Library System.
In her free time, Vipula enjoys reading fiction, practicing Yoga/ Meditation/ Martial Arts & taking long walks, and traveling with her family. She is fluent in multiple languages (English, Marathi, Hindi, and French) which enhances her ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
